3. They get their job done. Same fixed-price quote, same guarantee as any other customer.
4. Once they're happy, you both get 5% off. 5% comes off their first invoice. 5% comes off your next job with us, whenever that is.

The honest print

• There's no limit on how many people you can refer. Every one that books and is happy with the work earns another 5% off your next job.
• The discount doesn't expire. If your next job isn't for a year, it's still there.
• It stacks with the pensioner discount but not with the repeat-customer discount on the same invoice - whichever is bigger applies.
• We keep track on our side. You don't need to remember anything except who you told.
